At GOOD KOFFEE, we take pride in delivering refreshing, high-quality sparkling coffee to fuel your creativity and adventure. While we hope you love every sip, we understand that sometimes issues arise. Below is our Returns & Refunds Policy to ensure a smooth and fair process for our customers.
1️⃣ Returns Policy – Can I Return My Order?
Due to the perishable nature of our drinks, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or personal taste preferences.
However, if you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect order, we are happy to offer a replacement or refund in line with UK consumer protection laws.
📌 Eligibility for Refund or Replacement:
✅ Damaged products – If your cans arrive leaking, dented beyond safe consumption, or otherwise damaged.
✅ Incorrect order – If you received the wrong flavour or quantity.
✅ Faulty products – If your drink has an unusual taste or quality issue.
If your order meets any of the above conditions, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:
📷 Photos of the issue (damaged cans, incorrect items, packaging condition, etc.)
📦 Your order number

📌 Note: We are unable to offer refunds or replacements if you simply don’t like the taste, as personal preferences vary.
2️⃣ Refund Process – How It Works
If your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days via your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
💳 Refund Processing Timeline:
✅ Card Payments – 5-7 business days (depending on your bank).
✅ PayPal/Apple Pay/Google Pay – Typically within 3-5 business days.
3️⃣ Replacements & Reshipments
If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, we will offer either:
🚚 A replacement order (shipped at no cost to you).
💰 A refund for the affected items (if a replacement is not possible).
We may require you to return the damaged items before issuing a replacement, depending on the issue. If a return is required, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
4️⃣ Missing or Lost Packages
📦 If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated shipping time, please check your tracking link first. If your package is marked as delivered but missing, check with your local courier or neighbours.
If your package is still missing, contact us at hello@goodkoffee.co within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, and we will assist you.
🚨 Please Note: GOOD KOFFEE is not responsible for stolen packages once marked as delivered.
5️⃣ International Orders (Coming Soon!)
Currently, we only ship within the UK & Ireland. Once we expand internationally, we will update our returns policy accordingly.
