At GOOD KOFFEE, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and efficiently so you can enjoy your refreshingly adventurous sparkling coffee as soon as possible. Below is our Shipping Policy, including shipping times, costs, and important details about your order.


1️⃣ Where Do We Ship?

📍 We currently ship across the UK. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days so you can enjoy your GOOD KOFFEE as soon as possible.

📍 International Shipping – If you're outside of the UK, we now ship to 130+ countries around the world via our partner PER CUP


2️⃣ Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

📦 UK Shipping Rates

 Standard Shipping (£2.95) – Delivered in 2-4 working days
 Free Shipping on Orders Over £12!
 Express Shipping (£4.95) – Next-Day Delivery (Order by 12 PM)

 

3️⃣ Order Processing & Dispatch

📅 Orders are processed Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays).

🚚 Processing Time:

  • Orders placed before 12 PM (GMT) are dispatched same day.
  • Orders placed after 12 PM (GMT) or on weekends are processed the next working day.

📦 Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.


4️⃣ Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

🔍 Tracking not updating? Please allow 24 hours for tracking links to activate after dispatch.

📌 If you haven’t received your tracking email, please check your spam/junk folder.


5️⃣ Missing, Delayed, or Lost Packages

📦 If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please check your tracking link first.

📩 If your package is marked delivered but missing, check with:
Your local courier (sometimes they mark packages as delivered before actual arrival).
Neighbours or building management (for apartment deliveries).

🚨 If your package is still missing, contact us at hello@goodkoffee.co within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

📌 GOOD KOFFEE is not responsible for stolen packages once marked as delivered.


6️⃣ Returns Due to Incorrect Address

📌 Please double-check your shipping address at checkout!

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout:
🚚 We can resend your order, but additional shipping charges will apply.
💳 If you choose not to have the order resent, a refund will be issued minus shipping costs.
