VIETNAM

I was wandering the backstreets of Ho Chi Minh City one afternoon.

Left. Right. Down another street.

Then I stopped outside a tiny coffee shop and looked up at the board.

Lemongrass. Sparkling. Coffee.

I'd never seen those words together before.

I wasn't even looking for another coffee. It was later in the day and I'd probably already had enough.

But curiosity won.

I sat down and ordered one.

Cold. Refreshing. Coffee — but completely unexpected.

I remember thinking:

Wow. What's this?

That tiny moment stayed with me.

Years later, it became the spark for GOOD KOFFEE.

Sometimes you go looking for something.

Sometimes you just turn down the right street.
